Terms & Conditions of Membership

By taking out a subscription to BrasByDesign.co.uk, you agree to the following terms/conditions:

• All content (images, site design, logo, text etc) is the property of BrasByDesign.co.uk and must not be removed, re-posted, copied, reproduced, re-distributed, edited or passed off as another persons work or uploaded to other websites. Your Membership will be revoked if this is the case, without warning.
• You are agreeing that you are at least 18 Years of age (or older, if required in your country) and have permission to access such content.
• Your Membership entitles you to access and view the Members Gallery part of the site, which becomes available once and active subscription to BrasByDesign.co.uk is taken out.
• Upon cancellation of your Member Subscription, access will be removed to the Members Gallery part of the site.
• Each Member account is for Personal Use, and not to be shared amongst multiple users. The account will be suspended or deleted if this is found to be the case, without warning or notice.
• It is up to the user to cancel his or her recurring subscription plan, which they can do from their PayPal account. If your subscription continues, it is considered you wish to continue accessing the site or contributing support, and can not be refunded.
• BrasByDesign.co.uk aims to update the website regularly (Defined here as twice a month or more). However, BrasByDesign.co.uk is not held responsible if this schedule cannot be met due to unforeseen reasons - these may include but are not limited to: Personal illness/injury, Unforeseen removal of services by providers, Lack of funding, Acts of God or any other problem which may cause a halt or reduction in services provided.
• BrasByDesign.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any Membership, without warming or reason, if it feels that the user is not suitable or is not behaving in the interests of the site.
