By viewing this website, or taking out a membership for Bras By Design, you agree that:

  • You are an adult aged 18 years or over (or the correct legal age in the country or region you live in to view mature content).
  • You are not offended by the content and nature of images that Bras By Design.co.uk hosts. You must not access this site, or register as a member, if you are offended by any of the issues this site deals with.
  • You are starting a subscription, which will debit your account monthly, until you choose to cancel the subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription (instructions are given in the Frequently Asked Questions section).
  • The funds you are paying with are your own, or you have permission to access them. You also accept that your finances are your own responsibility.
  • You will not redistribute, copy, alter, manipulate, or post any of the sites content elsewhere. All images, sketches, illustrations, graphics, literature and site design is copyright ©brasbydesign.co.uk, including the work of guest/featured artists. You must contact Bras By Design if you wish to use any content from this website. Copyright also extends to certain styles and designs of clothing illustrated on Bras By Design. You may not use or develop them without permission.
  • You accept that subscription payments cannot be refunded once paid. However, there is no cancellation fee, should you wish to stop your subscription for some reason.
  • You accept that Bras By Design will give a regularly updated service, however, due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. poor health, accident, no hosting funds, acts of God), the site may be taken down, or service may be paused or stopped, either temporarily or permanently. Bras By Design will notify you as soon as possible in such an event.
  • You will not hack or attack Bras By Design, for any reason, in any way.
  • You agree to hold the site harmless if a problem occurs.
  • Bras By Design may block/remove/delete a user if it feels they are behaving in a way that is not acceptable. Examples may include; spamming, hacking, misuse of content, breach of copyright, abusive e-mails, or any other sort of behavior deemed unacceptable.
  • Bras By Design does not accept responsibility for the loss of details (passwords/usernames) for registration or payment systems. It is up to you, the member, to sort out username/password issues with your payment provider.
  • Bras By Design may be taken off line for short periods of time due to maintenance or upgrading. If the down time of the site is thought to be excessive, a message will be posted up informing registered users of what is happening.
  • Bras By Design has the final say in any dispute, or for any decision, without needing to provide a reason.
  • Bras By Design does not permit the sharing of membership accounts amongst multiple users. If this is found to be the case, Bras By Design reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without notice. No refund will be given.
